A friend recommended Julia's books and I mistakenly started with Book 6. Didn't take long to realize I needed to start at the beginning. I was hopelessly hooked, with all 8 books downloaded to my Kindle, and couldn't put them down. What a cliffhanger at the end of Through the Evil Days. Without spoilers, I was stunned the way it ended and kept saying to myself "that can't be the end of chapter 89, there has to be more to it."
Great job on the series, I've enjoyed the character and plot development and feel treated with intelligence and often with wonderful sense of humor. I care what happens to Clare, Russ, baby and Oscar; whether Dep will retire soon, if and yes, of course, if there is any hope for Flynn…Continue

Because I love this series so much, I would be willing to consider any recommendations Julia has. She has gotten me into the Inspector Armand Gamache series by Louise Penny. Any other recommendations, either from Julia or from my fellow bloggers?
